# Send PDF to the respondent

Steps to enable the Send PDF function in the BoloForms add-on:

**1. Open your Google Form and BoloForms add-on and go to the Settings section.**

#### 2. Enable 'Send PDF to respondent' option and Click on 'Save Settings'.

#### **3. Now, whenever someone fills out the Google Form, after the approval of the response, the respondent will receive an email with a PDF of the approval status of the response.**
