Send PDF to the respondent

If you want to provide the respondents with a copy of the form responses and approval status enable the following function.

Steps to enable the Send PDF function in the BoloForms add-on:

1. Open your Google Form and BoloForms add-on and go to the Settings section.

2. Enable 'Send PDF to respondent' option and Click on 'Save Settings'.

3. Now, whenever someone fills out the Google Form, after the approval of the response, the respondent will receive an email with a PDF of the approval status of the response.
