Multiple-Stages and Stage Overview

1. Go to the Approval Flow of your form

2. Click on Add Stage

3. Click on Edit Stage to customize stage name, add description and change color

4. The highlighted color along the boundary of the approval flow card relates to the stage that approval is in

5. Make sure the stage is selected where you want to add approvals to, add the required receipients.

6. Go to Stage Overview to see a detailed easy to understand process flowchart

7. Here, the flow of approvals within and between stages is visible
