#### 1. Go to the Form Builder on the form you want to add Google Sheet Integrations to

#### 2. Click on Integrations

#### 3. Select Google Sheets…

#### 4. Enable the toggle and the form should be updated

#### 5. Click on View Spreadsheet and the linked Google sheet will open in a new tab

#### 6. Open the Boloform Approvals Sheet at the Bottom

#### 7. You can then see the responses on google sheets along with the status of each request
