1. Go to the Form Builder on the form you want to add Google Sheet Integrations to

2. Click on Integrations

3. Select Google Sheets…

4. Enable the toggle and the form should be updated

5. Click on View Spreadsheet and the linked Google sheet will open in a new tab

6. Open the Boloform Approvals Sheet at the Bottom

7. You can then see the responses on google sheets along with the status of each request
